Project Overview

Twisted Pair Productions provided technical event production for the launch of Riviera’s flagship 6800 Sport Yacht.

The event was designed as an exclusive VIP experience, bringing together Riviera owners, invited guests and media to celebrate the unveiling of the new vessel. The launch took place on the Gold Coast Broadwater using a floating venue that provided a premium setting while showcasing the yacht on the water.

Our role was to deliver lighting and audio systems that supported the event program while creating a polished environment for guests.

Production Requirements

Launching a luxury motor yacht requires careful coordination between lighting, audio and visual elements. The event needed to deliver a refined experience for guests while supporting speeches and the reveal of the yacht.

Because the event took place across multiple vessels on the water, the production systems needed to operate reliably across the entire event area while maintaining clear communication and visual impact.

Twisted Pair Productions provided technical design, equipment and on-site support for the event.

Audio Systems

Professional audio systems were installed to support speeches and announcements throughout the evening. The system delivered clear coverage across the venue while maintaining a balanced sound level suitable for a VIP event environment.

This included wireless audio transmission between the vessels, providing coverage across 360 degrees around the viewing vessel so guests could clearly hear announcements regardless of their location.

Lighting Design

Lighting played an important role in shaping the atmosphere of the event. Carefully positioned lighting fixtures created a premium environment for guests and helped highlight the arrival and reveal of the 6800 Sport Yacht.

Lighting was used to define key areas including the presentation space, guest areas and the yacht reveal moment. A remote Robospot follow spot was also used to track and highlight the vessel during the reveal sequence.

The Brand Riviera launch delivered a visually striking and professionally produced event that showcased the 6800 Sport Yacht in a premium setting.
