Project Overview

Twisted Pair Productions provided technical production support for Laneway Festival, an internationally recognised touring music festival held across multiple cities.

For the Brisbane event, our team delivered a range of production infrastructure supporting multiple performance areas and festival environments. The work included stage riser systems, DJ backline, stage lighting and LED video along with production systems supporting artist and VIP areas across the festival site.

The production needed to support a fast paced festival schedule with multiple artists performing throughout the day and evening.

Production Requirements

Large scale music festivals require coordinated production across several performance spaces while maintaining reliability and efficiency throughout the event.

For Laneway Festival, the production scope included:

Technical Delivery

Twisted Pair Productions delivered equipment supply, installation and technical support across multiple areas of the festival site.

Stage Production

Our team supplied stage riser packages used to support artist performances across the event. These modular systems allowed efficient setup and changeovers throughout the festival schedule.

DJ Backline

Professional DJ backline systems were provided to support artists performing across the festival lineup. The systems were configured to meet standard touring requirements and ensure smooth transitions between sets.

Stage 3 Lighting and LED Screen Systems

Stage 3 was supported with a dedicated lighting and LED screen package designed to enhance the visual impact of the performances. These systems allowed artists to deliver dynamic shows while providing strong visual engagement for the audience.

Festival Site Lighting

Additional lighting infrastructure was installed across the festival site to support audience movement and general event operations after dark.

VIP and Artist Area Production

Production systems were also installed within the VIP and artist areas, helping create functional and comfortable environments for performers, guests and event staff throughout the event.
